Angela Yee was born in America. She currently hosts syndicated Radio Show Way Up. She also co-hosted The morning show that is syndicated nationally The Breakfast Club, along with Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy. Yee serves as a member of the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies' board.
